Can you match my colors?

I do not guarantee exact color matches. Although I work very hard to match the color/colors requested.
Do you offer other flavors besides the ones on your menu?

My menu consist of the my most popular flavors. I welcome other flavor request. If you do not see what you're looking for do not hesitate to contact me. Chances are I will be able to accomodate your request. Go through my contact us page or email me: cakeneve@yahoo.com
Do you make tiered square cakes?

Yes. These square cakes differ in pricing from round tiered cakes. Contact me for pricing through my contact us page.
Do you make square cakes?

Yes, I do make square cakes. These cake differ in pricing from that of my rounds. They are more difficult to work with. Getting straight edges on a square is a whole lot more time consuming that you may think. Square cakes also yield more servings than round cakes Example 6" round cake serves 14 versus a 6" square cake which serves 18. Please contact me for a quote through my contact us page.
How do you price your cakes?

The price of my cakes is determined by size, complexity of design and time required. The more detail and time the higher the cost. At times, simple is not so simple and complex might not be that complex. So, go ahead and contact me I'll be happy to give you a quote!
If I provide a picture of what I like, can you re-create it?

While I prefer creating unique cakes. I am happy to use the image you provide as inspiration adding my own artistic creativity.
How many people do your cakes serve?

Servings of a cake depends on the size of cake you choose and how it's cut. My servings guide is based on "Event Style" cut slices (approx. 1"x 2"). You can find size and servings information on our pricing page or see my Cake Servings Guide
How much time in advance should I place my order?

Cake N Eve is a one man show, or should I say one woman show. Therefore, the sooner the better. My dates fill up quickly and I can only take a limited amount of orders per week. This way I can ensure undivided attention to each order. Please also keep in mind that it is a home based business and goods are made fresh to order. Sometimes your request might require items that need to be special ordered. For wedding/groom's cake orders are recommended to be placed at least 3 months in advanced. All other custom cake orders are recommended to be placed at least 14 days in advance. I do try my best to work with my customers. Do I need to give a deposit?

Yes. A deposit of 50% or more of the total cost of the order is required to confirm your order. For more details regarding deposit and the rest of our policy visit our menu page and scroll to bottom of page.
Are your products allergen free?

No. Cake N Eve is not a bakery that specializes on allergen free desserts.
How much is deivery?

Delivery is calculated according to distance. If you provide an address I can give you an estimate.
Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery and needs to be scheduled when placing the order. I am the baker, cake decorator and delivery driver. Therefore, I need to know ahead of time so that I can plan accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal
Do you sell slices of cake to taste?

No. I do sell cake tasting boxes which need a 5 day advance order. Please visit my pricing page for more information on cake tasting boxes.
Do you offer in-person cake tastings?

I do not offer in-person cake tastings. I do offer Cake Tasting Boxes to go. Order for a tasting box needs to be placed at least 5 days in advanced. Please visit my pricing page for more information.
